Cold compresses a MUST with my painful Torn rotator cuff muscle; thank goodness after 3 different types that were cheap but pricey, couldn’t get them on one armed and very stiff or scratchy part that goes in freezer , THIS IS A FIVE STAR WINNER! Easy to adjust , EXTREMELY WELL MADE , high quality and I can have the sleeve on and buckled and walk around or lie down to get my inflammation down with icing. I’m petite. - and I love the weight, comfortable and sturdiness! QUALITY COUNTS! . It sinks right into the shoulder and follows shoulder anatomy. Can fit big male just as well. Finally Slept Without Feeling Like My Shoulder Was Held Together by Paperclips” I bought this after my shoulder started sounding like a glow stick every time I reached for something. Between work, sleeping wrong, and pretending I’m still 21 when lifting heavy stuff, my rotator cuff was absolutely filing complaints against me. This brace honestly helped way more than I expected. The gel pack stays cold for a long time, the compression feels supportive without cutting circulation off to the rest of your body, and it actually stays in place instead of sliding around like most wraps I’ve tried. Huge bonus that you can use it hot OR cold depending on how angry your shoulder feels that day. I’ve used it: * after work * while watching TV * while sleeping * and once while dramatically explaining to my wife that I “might not make it” after carrying groceries wrong The fit is comfortable, adjustable, and works surprisingly well for both shoulders. Within a few days I noticed less stiffness and way less of that sharp “OH WOW that was a mistake” pain when moving my arm. At this point this thing has earned a permanent spot in my recovery lineup next to ibuprofen and making old-man noises every time I stand up. Excellent product. Well made. Fits larger bodies quite well. I suffer from frozen shoulder. This offers great support and immediate relief from much of my pain even before utilizing the cold pack. The stress on my neck and shoulder from holding my arm in a certain position has been relieved by wearing this, as well. This will fit massive arms and super broad chests. Great for bulked up body builders or super curvy plus-size gals, like me. UPDATE: I've been wearing this almost 2 months now. It's been such a huge help. At the end of the day, I'm not in terrible pain like before and can sleep easier. This has made life so much better.
